Masks that I ordered arrived after 1.5 months. A computer-generated message promising to get back to me (which they never did) was the only response I received when I tried to contact someone by phone, voicemail, email, etc. There is no way to cancel an order you have already placed with Hope Health Supply. Additionally, there is no customer service department to call or make an appeal to. Masks did eventually arrive, but they were so odorous that you had to discard them before you could even use them. I strongly advise avoiding con artists.

• Poor customer service

N 95 mask was ordered on January 2, 2022. I called the 800 customer service number several times between January 11 and January 29 in an effort to learn how my order was handled. The only instruction I received from the customer service number was to leave a voicemail and someone would return it. Although no one ever called, I did get standard letters stating that they were busy and that my order would ship in a week. On January 29, I sent an email to hope health notifying them that my order had been canceled because it had never been shipped during the month of January. Then in the middle of February, I got my order. I attempted to contact customer service, but all I got in return was an email saying that your order had been shipped, thank you, and have a wonderful day.

On January 7, I ordered N95 masks from them. Despite my credit card being charged on January 24, there were still no masks. Order cancellation was attempted, but emails to them go unanswered. Hope Health sent me masks 6 weeks later, but I promptly sent them back via registered mail and received my $60 back. They didn’t acknowledge receiving them, and USPS didn’t send the masks back. MAKE NO BUSINESS DEAL with them.

What a bad business. Neither the phone nor email will be answered. I sent an email to cancel when I realized my order wouldn’t arrive for a while. Naturally, they ignored it and did not reschedule. After more than a month, the masks finally arrived, but I refused delivery. I sent them a letter at the Philadelphia address listed on the BBB website, but it was returned because the address was fictitious. They did post the charge to my credit card quickly, though.

These were bought online in preparation for a trip. Constant emails saying “we’re preparing “your order for shipment”. I tried using their website tool to cancel a month later, but got no response. Send emails 3 times. Finally opened a Dispute with credit card company and their reply to them was “it’s shipped”…that was 7 weeks after my order and it’s not here. After receiving an email confirming the shipment of your order, we are done. Seriously, don’t buy anything from these people.
